As a child he lived in a family inching by on minimum-wage. Once he had reached the age of sixteen he moved out to live in a house in New York that his uncle gave him, unaware that he wouldn't be staying there much longer.
He was kidnapped when his uncle let slip his whereabouts to Black Ghost agents who happened to be looking for another unfortunate victim.
Cybernetic Ability: Offensive Cyborg.
Can control a fire-like wind current to where if someone were to open a lighter he can control the flameby making it bigger or smaller. His skin is fire-resistant, so he is immortal to fire, AND YES, blasters can kill him.
